In June 7th 2011, the Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs of Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic is organizing the annual conference:

The event is following the successful conference „Prevention of online crime – and child as victim in the Czech Republic“ organized by the Centre in June 2010 in Senate under the auspices of Dr. Antl, the Chairman of the Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs of Senate. The event has been attended by more than 160 teachers, Professional in crime prevention, lawyers, police people and representatives of public administration from all around the country.
The conference will be focused on promotion and sharing of practical experiences among attendees. There are three tracks of the conference: the first one includes presentation of IT industry and their activities in the field of child safety – representatives of Telefonica and Google will share their experiences and initiatives.
The second one includes presentations of practical experiences of teachers and children in the field of education and crime prevention. The substantial space will be dedicated to youth panel, where representatives of different Gross of children will discuss the hot topics of the safer internet from their point of view. Our experiences of last year have shown that this part of the conference attracts a lot of attention of adults attending the event.
The last rack is dedicated to lawyers and police who will point out the most important issues in online crime prevention from the point of the Czech and international legal system implemented in practice of law enforcement bodies in the Czech Republic.
The practically oriented conference becomes the next important step in the awareness rating activities strengthening the position of the National safer internet centre and its recognition by the stakeholders, professional people and public.
